Oasis Mailroom
Privacy
How Oasis Mailroom, the private Google integration operated by Luis Ramirez of Yugen Advisors, handles Gmail, Calendar, and Drive data from connected accounts.
What this page covers
This policy applies to the private Oasis Mailroom integration and the Google account data it handles. It does not cover other Yugen Advisors services or website forms.
Mailroom is operated by Luis Ramirez under Yugen Advisors, for his own authorized personal and business Google accounts. Consent is given per Google account, by the owner of that account. Background on the features themselves is on the Oasis Mailroom application page.
Data involved
Depending on which workflows the account owner runs, Mailroom may handle:
- Identity of the connected account, as Google returns it.
- Email content, headers, and attachments from the connected mailbox.
- Calendar records: calendars, events, and their details.
- Drive files and their metadata.
- OAuth credentials issued by Google for the connected account.
- Operational logs from the requested workflows.
Account permissions determine which services a workflow can access. Each workflow uses the connected material relevant to its authorized task.
What it is used for
The purpose is delivering the features the account owner authorized: finding and organizing mail, preparing drafts and delayed sends, reading and maintaining calendar events, and retrieving documents. Mailroom is not an advertising product and not a data-resale product. Connected account data is not brokered.
Sending mail
The Gmail permission granted to a connected account can include send capability. Operationally, outbound mail is routed through Mailroom's governed draft and delayed-send path rather than sent immediately on request.
Processing and storage
Imported material and credentials are held on operator-controlled infrastructure, with configured backups. Imported data is retained for the connected workflows until the operator removes it; backup copies follow the operator's backup-retention practices.
Configured workflows may send relevant content to AI or infrastructure providers to perform the account owner's requested work. Those providers process that material under their own terms.
Disconnecting and deletion
A connected account can withdraw access at any time from Google account connections. That stops future authorized access to Google APIs for that account. It does not automatically erase material already imported, or copies of it in existing backups.
For help disconnecting an account or removing retained Mailroom data, contact the operator at the address below and identify the account and material concerned.
