Oasis Mailroom
Oasis Mailroom is a private Gmail, Calendar, and Drive integration operated by Luis Ramirez of Yugen Advisors for his own authorized Google accounts.
What Oasis Mailroom is
Oasis Mailroom is a private integration operated by Luis Ramirez under Yugen Advisors. It connects to his own authorized personal and business Google accounts so that mail, calendar, and document workflows he runs himself can read and act on the material those workflows need.
It is a private integration, not an open public signup service. Each connected Google account is authorized by its owner through Google's standard consent screen.
Gmail
Mailroom reads and searches messages in the connected mailbox, including message headers, bodies, and attachments, so a requested workflow can find and summarize the right correspondence. It also works with labels, drafts, and delayed sends under the account owner's direction.
The Gmail permission a connected account grants can include the ability to send mail. Operationally, outbound mail runs through Mailroom's governed path — a draft or a delayed send — rather than going out immediately on request.
Calendar
Connected Calendar workflows can check availability, read event details, and create or update calendars and events under the account owner's direction.
Drive
The Drive permission is read-only: connected workflows can search for and download files, along with the metadata needed to locate them.
Privacy and contact
What data Mailroom handles, where it is processed, and how to disconnect or request deletion are described on the Oasis Mailroom privacy page.
